The following booking conditions, together with all information relating to your reservation contained on this website, form the basis of your contract with Prague Saints. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
Conditions of Payment
Payment can be made by three methods: online via paypal, by credit card or in cash.
When booking a hotel, you will have the option to 'pay on arrival' or 'book online'. If you choose the former option we will freeze the equivalent of one night's stay on your credit card. You can then pay in full on arrival at the hotel. If you select the 'book online' option you will be charged immediately. Bookings are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation voucher from us.
For apartment bookings we ask for your credit card details only as a guarantee. The full amount should be paid on arrival either in cash or by credit card. For certain apartments you also have the option to pay in full at the time of booking via paypal.
TOURS / TRANSFERS
The full cost of transfers and tours can be paid on arrival.
If you have booked a ‘non-refundable’ rate then the whole amount will be charged at the time of booking and you will not be entitled to any reimbursement in the event of cancellation or no show.
We will always use the middle exchange rate applicable on the day your card is charged. Payments made via paypal however will be subject to the rate used by paypal on any given day - we have no control over this.
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD
All non-paypal payments made by credit card will be subject to a 3 percent charge to cover our bank charges. You should be aware that your payment may also be subject to additional charges by your own bank, either in the form of a service charge or higher exchange rates.
All cancellations must be sent in writing, the cancellation date will be set as the date when Prague Saints receives the cancellation details. Cancellations are not valid without a confirmation from Prague Saints.
We will apply the following penalties in the event of cancellation:
If you do not show up at the hotel/apartment and you have not cancelled your reservation in our office we will charge you the full amount.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your planned arrival date we will charge you for one night.
We will not charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time (2pm Prague time).
Please note that more stringent cancellation conditions apply to bookings made during bank holidays and also for some hotel options. In these cases we will advise you at the time of booking.
Tours and transfers:
If you do not show up for your tour or transfer and fail to cancel this more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service, you will be liable to the full cost of the service.
The cancellation fee will be debited automatically through your credit card.
In the event that the paid service is not provided the whole amount will be returned to the customer.
Demage and loss of keys
Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the apartment during their stay and will be expected to reimburse Prague Saints for the cost of this. They are reponsible for the safe return of all keys with which they have been issued; customers will be charged 300 Czech crowns per set for any lost keys.
Complaints and Refunds
If you have any problem with the accommodation or any other service we have arranged, please inform us immediately. All complaints must be registered in Prague during the client’s visit. This is the only way that we can resolve the situation as soon as possible. Unfortunately, until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot assist. We do not accept any liability for complaints made after a client’s departure.
We reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.
We promise to make sure that the service we agreed to provide is fulfilled with reasonable skill and care. We will accept responsibility if any failure or mistake in your travel arrangements is caused by our employees or our travel consultants. However, in cases where we are solely the intermediary between clients and service suppliers, we will not take responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or any other claim when the fault is clearly caused by the service suppliers (for example hotel or apartment owner, driver, guide etc). We cannot be held responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays.
