U Rudolfa (‘at Rudolf’s place’) is Prague’s longest continually running gay bar and it certainly looks like it with furniture and décor that you might normally find in a museum for communism.  Although not without a certain cosy charm a visitor here might feel like they have stepped into a time machine and gone back 40 years.  The clientele is almost exclusively Czech, the service friendly, the beer (of which there are 3 varieties on tap) cheap and the jukebox contains songs that most of the world has long forgotten.
