The delightful town of Cesky Krumlov is the most attractive and visited place in the Czech Republic outside of Prague. The small town is located approximately 180 Km south of the capital, close to the Austrian border. It is best known for the fine architecture and art of the historic old town – a UNESCO world heritage site - and Krumlov Castle, but it is the town‘s location, encompassed within a meander of the Vltava river, that makes it so charmingly different and picturesque.
On this tour we will drive you by private car the two and a half trip through the Czech countryside to Cesky Krumlov. After lunch in a local Czech restaurant, our guide will walk you through the historical town finishing at the fabulous Cesky Krumlov castle, the second largest in the Czech Republic.
Prices include transport to Cesky Krumlov and back by private car, a guided visit of the chateau, entrance to the tower and lunch with a beer. Your guide will pick you up at the start of the tour and drop you off there at the end.
Please note that tours of the castle interior are not possible from November until the end of March although we are still happy to take you on the tour during this period.
